SIRC - Società Italiana di Ricerche Cardiovascolari

Poster Presentation

Dear Participant,
this message refers to your participation in the upcoming 23rd SIRC Meeting 2021.

The Organisers have now established the definitive program and below is some information regarding your presentation.

Poster sessions will be virtual (through Zoom – Abstract Recording Instructions) in the format of pre-recorded poster presentation plus live discussion.

You are requested to prepare:

  • a poster as a PDF file
  • 2-minute pre-recorded presentation

Please prepare the poster as a single A1 page (841 mm by 594 mm; preferably, but not mandatory, in landscape format), just like a traditional “on-site” poster, and save it as a PDF file. Please send the PDF file of your poster to segreteriasirc@sirc-cardio.it by October 21st, 2021.

You can create your MP4 2-min video by using Zoom or whatever application you prefer (Power point or others). The maximum length of your pre-recorded talk is 2 minutes (please be aware that any excess material beyond 125 s will be automatically truncated). Please label your movie as “SIRC2021_Movie_Surname.mp4” and send it to segreteriasirc@sirc-cardio.it by October 21st, 2021.  We recommend using WeTransfer — https://wetransfer.com for sharing the MP4 files since it allows files up to 2 GB for free.

The poster will be available to all attendees through the SIRC website a few days before the meeting and for the entire duration of the meeting. The video will be shown during the Poster Session you have been assigned, and you are required to be present for the discussion. Please find in the attached pdf file the Poster Session you have been assigned to.

Finally, we are pleased to inform you that all accepted abstracts will be published in Vascular Pharmacology (IF 5.773). Should you prefer, for whatever reason, not to have your abstract included in this publication, you are kindly requested to inform us (by email, to segreteriasirc@sirc-cardio.it), within October 21th, 2021, requesting the withdrawal of your abstract.

Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
